1. Introduction

Welcome to the Alamo City Guards Camp #1325 Robert E. Lee Raffle. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following rules & terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participants must reside and be a legal resident in the state of Texas.
  • The raffle is open exclusively to members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV).

3. Raffle Details

  • Prize: One (1) 4-foot statue of Robert E. Lee.
  • Sponsor: Monuments Across Dixie.
  • Ticket Sales: The raffle will remain open until 30 days after a minimum of 100 tickets have been sold.
  • Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

4. Prize Collection

  • The winner is responsible for picking up the statue in person from San Antonio, Texas.
  • The winner must collect prize with 180 days of being notified.
  • The statue cannot be shipped under any circumstances.
  • No cash alternative or substitution for the prize is available.

5. Ticket Purchase

  • Each raffle ticket costs $100.
  • Tickets can be purchased online through alamocityguards.com/camp-exchange.
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

6. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 30 days after the raffle closes.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Alamo City Guards Camp #1325 to use their name, likeness, and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Liability

  • The Alamo City Guards Camp #1325 are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or from the use of the prize.
  • Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Alamo City Guards Camp #1325 from any liability arising from participation in the raffle.
